Lyman & Ash is located on the middle, south side of the 1600 block of Latimer Street between 16th and 17th Streets, and Locust and Spruce Streets in the Rittenhouse Square area of Center City Philadelphia.
Parking:
There is no street parking on Latimer Street. Street parking in the Rittenhouse area is limited and has time restrictions. We recommend parking at one of the many parking garages conveniently located in the Rittenhouse area. Several garages are located on 1500 Block of Latimer. A self-park garage is on the 1500 block of Spruce Street.

From I-95 (North or South):
Take Exit 22 for I-676 Vine Street Expressway (Center City) Exit Broad Street/PA-611, Merge onto 15th Street. Stay in Right lanes to continue on 15th Street. Make Right onto Latimer (Between Locust and Spruce Street.)
From I-76 Schuylkill Expressway:
Take Exit I-676 Vine Street Expressway (US 30) Exit for Broad Street/PA-611, Make Right turn on 15th Street, Stay in Right lane to continue on 15th, Make Right onto Latimer (Between Locust and Spruce Street.
Public Transportation:
Regional Rail and Market Street Line: Use Suburban Station Stop, walk 16th Street South to Latimer Street.
Broad Street Line: Use Walnut Street Stop, walk Walnut Street West to 16th Street South to Latimer Street.
Use 16th Street Stop, exit South side of Locust; walk South on 16th Street ½ Block to Latimer Street.
Use regional rail to Trenton and change to Septa Regional Rail to Suburban Station.
Bus Service to Philadelphia is available from select locations.
